"I went and picked up my drinks and was asked if I wanted whipped cream on top. I casually said it was my friends birthday so why not. The staff picked up on that and mad the drinks extra special. They really went out of their way. The store itself is a bit tired and needs some TLC from head office"

Every member of staff is incredibly attentive and friendly. "Lovely little local Costa and perfect for a mid week meet up. Staff are always friendly and helpful and obviously the coffee is the best of the big high street coffee shops. If I had one complaint it's that the cakes/treats in the cabinet never look particularly appealing and never look that fresh. On my last visit I saw a very sad Hot Cross Bun which looked like it had missed Easter(it was 3 weeks after Easter) and wanted to be put out of its misery (and somehow was £2). Overall, lovely cafe, lovely staff, questionable cakes"
